This App is only available to users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18 years old, please stop using the App immediately. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This App has no registration or login function. We only collect necessary personal information with your explicit authorization when you use specific functions. All information collection is necessary to realize service functions, and no irrelevant information is collected.

3.1 Types of Collected Information and Purposes

3.1.1 Device Information: When you use the App, we will automatically collect basic device information such as your device model, operating system version, device ID, device identifiers (e.g., Android ID), and App version number. Such information is used to ensure the normal operation of the App, optimize performance, fix faults, and guarantee service stability and compatibility.

3.1.2 Camera (Image) Permission-Related Information: If you choose to authorize the App to access the camera, it will only be used to take and upload images related to feedback content when you use the "Feedback" function, helping us understand and resolve the issues you encounter more accurately. We will not automatically activate the camera, nor will we store unuploaded captured content.

3.1.3 Album Permission-Related Information: If you choose to authorize the App to access the album, it will only be used to select and upload photo from the album as evidence for feedback when you use the "Feedback" function. We only obtain the photo you actively choose to upload and will not access or read other content in the album.

3.1.4 Microphone (Recording) Permission-Related Information: If you choose to authorize the App to access the microphone, it will only be used to record voice feedback content when you use the "Feedback" function to improve feedback efficiency. We will not automatically activate the microphone, nor will we store unuploaded recording content.

3.1.5 External Storage Permission-Related Information: If you choose to authorize the App to access external storage, it will only be used for temporarily storing images and voice files in feedback (to facilitate uploading) and cache data generated by App operation (such as local records of the task board). Cache data is only used to optimize the App usage experience and will not be used for other purposes.

3.1.6 App Information Reading: We will read the installation and operation status information of the App itself to troubleshoot operation faults, push version update reminders, and ensure the normal functioning of App features.

3.1.7 Advertising Ids: We may collect your device advertising ids (such as Android Advertising ID (AAID), device ID, Open Anonymous Identifier (OAID)). This identifier is non-personal information at the device level, used only to optimize the App service experience, count App usage, and ensure service stability. It will never be used for targeted advertising or shared with third parties for advertising monetization. We will not store advertising ids in association with any personally identifiable information, and you can reset the advertising identifier or restrict its usage rights through device system settings.

3.2 Methods of Information Collection

3.2.1 Collection with Your Authorization: Information related to permissions such as camera, album, microphone, and external storage requires your active authorization when using the corresponding functions, and you can revoke the authorization in device settings at any time.

3.2.2 Automatic Collection: Device information, App operation information, etc., are automatically collected during the normal operation of the App without additional operations from you.

IV. Information Storage, Retention and Protection

4.1 Storage Methods and Retention Periods

4.1.1 Locally Stored and Retained Data: Task board data and App cache data are only stored locally on your device until you uninstall the App or manually delete the relevant data.

4.1.2 Server-Stored and Retained Data: Images, voice, and text content you upload through feedback will be stored on our secure servers. The retention period is the reasonable time required to resolve your feedback issue (90 days from the date the feedback is processed), after which the data will be automatically anonymized or deleted.

4.1.3 Device Information Storage: Basic device information will be continuously stored during your use of the App to ensure service operation. After you uninstall the App, the collection of relevant information will stop and the information will be deleted.

4.2 Security Protection Measures

We adopt industry-standard technical and management measures to protect the security of your personal information and prevent information loss, leakage, tampering, and abuse:

4.2.1 Technical Protection: Information uploaded to the server is protected by encryption technolog, and locally stored data is securely reinforced to prevent unauthorized access.

4.2.2 Access Control: We strictly restrict internal personnel's access rights to user information. Only authorized personnel can access the information when performing their job duties, and they must comply with strict confidentiality systems.

4.2.3 Security Audits: We regularly audit and update data processing systems and security measures to promptly fix potential security vulnerabilities and improve protection capabilities.

4.2.4 Emergency Handling: We have established an emergency response plan for data security incidents. In the event of a security incident such as information leakage or loss, we will immediately take remedial measures and notify you in a timely manner in accordance with legal requirements.

5.1.1 To resolve the issues you feedback, it is necessary to share the relevant feedback content (images, voice, text) with third-party service providers responsible for technical support. Such service providers must comply with confidentiality obligations and only use the information to handle the feedback issue, not for other purposes.

5.1.2 When required by laws, regulations, judicial organs, or administrative authorities to share, we will provide necessary information within the legal scope and make every effort to protect your information security.

5.2 Information Transfer

If the transfer is necessary due to corporate merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, or other circumstances, we will notify you in advance through in-App notifications, emails, etc., and ensure that the transferee continues to fulfill the privacy protection obligations stipulated in this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will terminate the data transfer.

We will immediately stop sharing and delete the relevant data.

6.2.2 Revoking Permission Authorization: You can revoke the authorization of permissions such as camera, album, microphone, and external storage in device settings. After revocation, we will stop collecting information related to the corresponding permissions and no longer share it, but this will not affect the validity of information that has been legally collected and processed previously.

6.3 Other Core Rights

6.3.1 Right of Access: You have the right to request us to provide the personal information you have submitted (such as feedback content). You can submit an access request via customer service email, and we will respond and provide the information within 30 working days.

6.3.2 Right of Correction: If you find that the personal information we store about you is incorrect (such as incorrect descriptions in feedback content), you can apply for correction via customer service email, and we will correct it in a timely manner after verification.

6.3.3 Right to Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information stored by us (such as processed feedback content, device information). You can submit a deletion request via customer service email, and we will complete the deletion within 30 working days after verification (except as required by laws and regulations to retain).

7.1.3 Protection of Right Exercise: When you exercise your rights under the VCDPA, we will not subject you to discriminatory treatment, including but not limited to increasing service prices, reducing service quality, or restricting service rights.

7.2 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, in addition to the core rights mentioned above, you also enjoy the following rights:

When submitting an application, the agent must provide your written authorization certificate and the identity information of both parties, and we will process the relevant application after verifying the validity of the authorization.

7.5 General Instructions on Exercising Rights

7.5.1 Identity Verification: To protect your information security, when you exercise the above rights, we may require you to provide necessary identity verification information (such as device identifiers, feedback content characteristics, etc.), and your application will be processed only after verification.

7.5.2 Free Exercise: You can exercise the rights under this chapter free of charge, unless your application is obviously repetitive, excessive, or without reasonable basis, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee based on the actual cost or refuse to process the application.

7.5.3 Explanation for Refusal of Processing: If we refuse your application based on legal requirements, protection of public interests, or the legitimate rights and interests of others, we will inform you in writing of the reason for refusal and the available remedies.

VIII. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We will update this Privacy Policy in a timely manner in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, App function iterations, and other circumstances. The updated Privacy Policy will be publicly posted in a prominent location within the App (such as a launch page pop-up, settings page) with a new effective date indicated.

If the updated content involves significant changes to privacy rights and interests, we will actively notify you via in-App pop-up, email, or other means. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, you may choose to uninstall the App and stop using the relevant services.

IX. Disclaimer

9.1 This App only provides AI guidance and tool services related to Narrative Canvas Planning Engine. Any consequences arising from your use of the suggestions and plans provided by the App (such as aroma allergies, production errors, etc.) shall be borne by you, and we shall not be liable for such consequences.

9.2 For personal information leakage, loss, or damage caused by uncontrollable factors such as force majeure, cyber attacks, device failures, or third-party service abnormalities, we shall not be liable for additional compensation after fulfilling reasonable care obligations and taking remedial measures.

9.3 After you authorize the App to access device permissions, you shall bear the information security risks caused by device security vulnerabilities, third-party App interference, etc.
